Internal Regulations

Dear guests, for your pleasant and comfortable stay, we kindly ask you to observe the internal rules of hotel “La Roka”:

• It is necessary to present an identification document at the reception upon check-in. Only registered guests are accommodated and allowed in the hotel rooms.
• Upon departure, please vacate your room by 12:00 p.m. Check-in begins after 2:00 p.m.
• For late check-out, when possible and pre-approved by Reception, an additional fee will be charged as follows:
• For check-out by 6:00 p.m., a fee of 50% of the room rate per night will be charged.
• For check-out after 6:00 p.m., a fee of 100% of the room rate per night will be charged.

• If you wish to extend your stay beyond the initially booked period, the hotel reserves the right to offer rooms different from those originally provided.
• Smoking is not permitted in hotel rooms and all indoor areas!
• Please do not smoke, as the hotel is equipped with smoke detectors that activate an audible alarm!
• Smoking is allowed only on balconies and in designated smoking areas.
• Pets are not allowed.
• We kindly ask all guests to maintain silence and respect the right of others to rest during the quiet hours from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 11:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m., designated for afternoon and night rest.
• Rooms must be kept clean, and furniture and equipment should be used appropriately.
• It is forbidden to bring bicycles, scooters, bulky items, flammable or explosive substances into the common areas or hotel rooms.

• It is prohibited to remove hotel property from the premises. Hotel “La Roka” reserves the right to charge guests for the cost of repairing any damage to hotel property caused by intentional, negligent, or careless actions. If such damage is recorded, guests will be notified and requested to pay the corresponding amount according to the current price list.
